Path Light Pro is seeking a Full-Time Residential Energy Home Inspector to perform energy assessments and site evaluations in Charleston, SC. You will work outdoors, travel to remote sites, and document findings using electronic systems, with no prior experience required.

Hospitable to learning, you will communicate energy code requirements to clients and collaborate with the team to improve home quality and efficiency in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge of general construction is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to travel and work at remote sites.
• Must have dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy assessments and quality of construction site evaluations.
• Document site evaluations electronically and complete energy code forms onsite.
• Communicate construction quality issues and energy code requirements to clients onsite.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and support efficient operations.
• Be open to learning new skills in energy efficiency and construction.
