KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist in Miami, FL. In this field-based, patient-facing role you will support advanced medical devices within hospital environments, collaborating with OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure readiness and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced, service-driven teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and coordinate replacement of instruments.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments.
• Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and coordinate service transactions.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the OR to support procedures.
