Job summary

Forged Fiber in the United States is seeking a hands-on Program Manager - Field Enablement to accelerate fiber deployment. You will support construction readiness, field validation, permitting coordination, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on owning field problems end-to-end and moving projects forward on tight timelines.

This role requires approximately 50% field surveying, on-site work, and local travel. A personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or fiber deployment programs.
• Ability to own field problems end-to-end and drive blockers to resolution.
• Strong communication with engineering, construction, and municipal teams.
