Job summary

Alliance Technical Group in the United States is seeking a Project Scientist II to conduct stack emissions testing, equipment prep, deployment, sampling, and recovery. You will participate in comprehensive training with opportunity for rapid advancement.

Responsibilities include on-site field testing at customer sites, following all test methods for quality source testing, and applying mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot systems; candidates should be prepared for outdoor work and

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders at elevated heights.
• Degree in environmental, engineering, or mechanical sciences.
• Experience with or willingness to learn MS Office and Adobe.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Color vision is critical for safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stack Emissions Testing including equipment preparation, deployment, staging/breakdown, sample collection and recovery.
• Follow all test methods, procedures, and processes for quality source testing.
• Apply careful mechanical and electrical skills while troubleshooting testing systems.
