Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and remove electronic monitoring equipment at client sites and offices across the assignment area. You will troubleshoot devices, maintain inventory for contracts, and provide clear reports to the Manager, Install Services.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently are required. Extensive local travel is expected, and you will build relationships with contracting agency contacts to promote products and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ experience in military, security or law enforcement preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Experience in the Corrections Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EM field equipment and daily readings.

Responsibilities

• Installs and removes EM equipment in contracting agency offices, client residences or other locations.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems and performs routine maintenance.
• Maintains inventory to service contracts within a specific area.
• Provides regular reports to Manager, Install Services on installer activities.
• Trains agency contacts on equipment, policies and procedures as requested.
