Job summary

Kings III is seeking an experienced Elevator Technician to install and service emergency phone equipment for our customers. You will operate across the area, starting and ending routes from your home, with travel required to multiple sites.

The role requires an Elevator Mechanic License and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage installation projects while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years experience installing/repairing elevator telephone & emergency equipment.
• Must hold current Elevator Mechanic License.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to schedule work and coordinate with customers.
• Ability to manage installation projects and complete promptly.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Professional appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the area.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, driving record, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install and service emergency elevator phones to meet customers' safety needs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on elevator phones using provided tools and parts.
• Coordinate with customers and dispatch for timely service and travel to job sites.
• Maintain routes efficiently to optimize installation and service coverage.
