Amphenol Network Solutions is seeking a Field Electronics Technician to install, configure, test, and commission power and monitoring systems within modular data center enclosures and equipment shelters at manufacturing facilities in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Required Associate degree in electronics, telecommunications, network administration, or equivalent military training; or 3+ years of related experience in power integration, commissioning, telecommunications, industrial controls, or data centers. Preferred 5+ years of experience with telecommunications infrastructure, critical power, or modular data center systems. Experience with electrical and control drawings, telecom power and grounding practices, and manufacturing or mission‑critical environments.
DC Power Systems -48V DC architecture, distribution, breakers, fuses, batteries, grounding, bonding, cable routing, and high‑current terminations.
TCP/IP, static addressing, subnetting, Modbus, RS-485, SNMP, network troubleshooting, and browser‑or command-line configuration.
Electrical and electronic troubleshooting, use of test equipment, root cause analysis, and technical reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts to customers and stakeholders. Professional, collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Microsoft Office, network configuration and browser‑based management platforms, electronic work instructions, and project documentation systems. Ability to learn proprietary monitoring and control systems.
Primarily on‑site at facilities, working inside modular enclosures, equipment shelters, and data center assemblies. Regular exposure to industrial noise, electrical equipment, and active integration work, with frequent interaction across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customer teams. Moderate travel may be required for commissioning, customer support, and training.
Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000 Status: Exempt Bonus - This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on the performance of the Company.
