Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail stores, install and audit electronics displays, and build strong in-store relationships. The role offers flexible part-time hours, upfront paid training, and weekly pay. You can work 20 hours per week with potential weekend shifts during busy periods.

Must be 18+, with reliable transport and GPS-capable phone. No prior industry experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with Channel Partners and in-store personnel.
• Must be proficient in using a personal Android or Apple device with GPS functionality to upload photos and report data.
• Must own a basic toolkit.
• Able to complete paid online training before working in-store.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products.
• Partner with team members for 2–3 person projects, such as appliances or TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments and report on time from a mobile device.
• Follow CP Standards and onboarding guidance.
