Job summary

A professional services firm is seeking a candidate to perform visual inspections and collect data on electrical distribution systems across Georgia. The ideal applicant will have a background in Electric Utility and be familiar with the National Electrical Safety Code. Responsibilities include field data collection, equipment inspection, and achieving billable goals. A valid driver's license is required, as is the ability to conduct fieldwork within the utility client's territory, which may involve overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Electric Utility or telecommunications field preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license and a good driving record.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of overhead and underground electrical facilities.
• Collect field data using electronic devices.
• Develop knowledge of electric utility construction standards.
• Achieve weekly billable goals as per project guidelines.
