Job summary

ERock is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to perform hands-on maintenance of generators, switchgear, and 24V control cabinets in outdoor field settings. This role requires travel across sites, following safety procedures, and logging work via mobile tools.

The technician will report to the Reliability Program Manager and work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable backup power. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience, strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience with generators, switchgear, or 24V controls.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with 3-phase power systems and generator controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance on generators, switchgear and breakers.
• Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase power systems and generator controls.
• Diagnose faults in electrical panels and motor controls.
• Coordinate with mechanical teams for equipment swaps and alternator repairs.
• Use test equipment to validate system function.
• Log work orders and track time via mobile tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
