You will lead EHS activities, conduct inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in an industrial setting, with OSHA knowledge and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, hazard recognition, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance activities across two locations.
• Conduct field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Maintain safety programs, training records, compliance calendars, and required documentation.
• Support inspections, training, task training, and hazard awareness.
• Prepare and maintain required reports, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation.
• Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, and employee training.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical EHS programs.
• Serve as a key point of contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings.
