Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related science required.
• Knowledge of EHS compliance regulations including hazardous waste, air, wastewater, and OSHA.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to analyze data and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site EHS compliance consulting support to federal and private sector clients.
• Physically collect, label, and handle hazardous waste containers in medical facilities across New England.
• Coordinate with Veteran Affairs – Green Environmental Systems Managers and respond to their needs.
• Use a checklist to surveil satellite accumulation areas and determine if collection is required.
• Document collections, work hours, waste types and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with hazardous waste hauling company during shipments to ensure proper labeling and manifest documentation.
• Perform waste management, data entry/analysis, and RCRA reporting and planning.
• Contribute to monthly invoicing activities and support other clients as needed.
