Job summary

Service Robot Co. is seeking a Drone Operator to perform field drone operations for security patrols, site monitoring, and inspections at customer sites in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.

You will complete pre-flight checks, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with clients on site requirements. Training and certification are provided, with paid assignments during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety checklists and procedures.
• Clear communication with customers and site teams.
• Willingness to complete training/certification.
• Comfortable working outdoors and handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-flight checks, operate the drone, and record the flight.
• Follow FAA Part 107 requirements and site-specific flight rules.
• Monitor weather, signal, battery levels, and airspace conditions.
• Stop or cancel a flight when conditions are unsafe.
• Report observations clearly to the customer or site team.
• Transport and set up drones, batteries, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and document incidents.
