Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Driver Technician to operate DOT-regulated vehicles and perform field service at customer sites. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems, ensuring safety and compliance while supporting multiple locations.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma, CDL A with tanker endorsement, and the ability to travel overnight. Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDL Class A with tanker endorsement must be obtained.
• DOT Medical Card and required clearances must be obtainable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges and Passport if needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate DOT-regulated vehicles to transport equipment and materials.
• Perform field service at customer locations in a safe, efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical and Diesel systems as needed.
• Identify and resolve safety issues with company and customer equipment.
• Travel overnight as required; communicate with customers and teams.
