Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy equipment industry or related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong written and oral communication and basic math skills.
• Proficient with computers and diagnostic software provided by manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and diagnose failures.
• Disassemble machines, order parts, perform repairs and reassemble.
• Test and verify repairs; ensure leaks-free operation.
• May travel to job sites; maintain safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
