Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, repair, and install dock and door systems at customer sites. You will perform planned maintenance, manage a mobile van, and ensure documentation is completed after each job.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical schooling preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate forklifts safely. Welding experience is a plus, and travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Technical school graduate preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
• Perform planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after job completion.
• Provide quality customer service and on-site safety.
