Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division seeks a Lead Dermatology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to build and guide a regional team, delivering scientific and educational support to healthcare professionals while ensuring compliant, customer-centric engagement.

You will develop regional strategies, coach MSLs, oversee field programs and product launches, lead training and recruitment, and drive high-quality scientific exchange across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred.
• At least 8 years in pharma, with 4+ years in industry and 2+ years in MSL or similar roles.
• Experience in dermatology or immunology is advantageous.
