Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines seeks a Field Director, Dermatology to lead a regional MSL team across the Central territory. You will shape scientific engagement strategies, drive launches, and mentor direct reports to ensure clinical excellence and compliant medical affairs execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree; PharmD/PhD/MD highly preferred.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; 2+ years in MSL or equivalent.
• Ability to lead regional teams, engage customers, and drive strategy with data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Dermatology MSL regional team with strategic objectives.
• Drive field engagement strategies, performance reviews and coaching.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure compliant scientific engagement and high-quality medical insights.
• Manage development, resource planning, and succession for team members.
