Job summary

Truck Centers, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Diesel Mechanic to perform on-site repairs and fleet maintenance at customer locations across our Missouri network. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and complete repairs with adherence to OEM specifications and warranty guidelines.

The role requires a Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement, and welding/fabrication skills are essential. Excellent time management and customer service are valued in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diesel tech certificate preferred.
• Up to 10 years of hands-on heavy-duty truck service experience in a shop setting.
• Must have Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement; insurance considerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel vehicles.
• Complete repairs per OEM, warranty, and company guidelines.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and repair orders.
• Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, and electronics.
• Document findings and actions in the Dealer Management System and Service Notes.
• Assist with warranty processing and road tests to verify repairs.
