Job summary
Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Product Health Technician to perform essential repairs and maintenance to ensure product health. You will diagnose problems, replace parts, and calibrate assemblies with minimal supervision.
Role requires knowledge of diesel technology, safety compliance, and the ability to travel up to 75% for field assignments. CDL and clean driving record are required, with a focus on accurate documentation and customer communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience.
- Associate degree/certification in diesel technology preferred.
- CDL and clean driving record required for field work.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Complete required paperwork and access databases (work orders, parts orders, JSA, DBS, SIS web, STW) accurately.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform critical machine and engine repairs.
- Test and verify operation of repairs and adjustments.
- Provide quotes and pricing estimates to customers.
