Equipment Experts, Inc. is seeking a Field Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair and QA field repairs for diverse equipment, from trucks to heavy machinery. You’ll deliver safe, accurate service and document progress for customers and service teams.

The role requires 4+ years in production or fleet settings, a high school diploma, and strong teamwork, communication, and diagnostics skills. Wed–Sat schedule with 7am start; Lakewood, WA area.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years in a production or fleet shop.
• Willingness to work as a team and learn different equipment types.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team and customers; document work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and document machine repairs per service order.
• Communicate job status with customer, advisor, and lead tech.
• Perform inspections and document progress; ensure safe, quality repairs.
