Job Overview

As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - Field Service - CES), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment with limited supervision. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership roles, emphasizing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Perform safe maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on customer equipment.
2. Maintain documentation of work performed.
3. Upsell and demonstrate equipment to customers.
4. Travel to customer sites for repairs and maintenance.
5. Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
3. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
4. Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of tools.
5. Understanding of construction equipment and engines.
6. Own tools applicable to the role.
7. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
8. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
