As a Service Tech IV - Field Service, you'll perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with minimal supervision in a safe and professional manner. You can challenge yourself daily and work towards leadership roles in our Service Department, while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, using independent judgment.
• Travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
• Maintain documentation of work performed daily.
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
