Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Cement Mechanic to perform regular and diesel maintenance on cement equipment on site in Midland, Texas. You will repair tractors, cement pumps, and bulk trucks, and monitor engines using DL8 and Alison software to identify repairs.

The role requires DL8/Alison knowledge, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to work a 14/7 shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with adherence to all PPE and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in regular or diesel mechanical work.
• DL8 and Alison software knowledge is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and physical examination.
• Basic communication skills required to interact with team and follow directions.
• Basic computer skills required for work orders and records.
• Must provide own tools; service trucks provided for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment used in cement operations (tractors, cement pumps, bulk trucks).
• Respond to calls to perform repairs at job location.
• Process work orders daily.
• Monitor cement equipment to anticipate maintenance needs.
• Use DL8 and Alison software to monitor engines or transmissions for repairs.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies; attend training and wear PPE.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
