Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking software engineers for the Connected Warfare division’s Mission Command team. You will own software solutions spanning core mesh platforms, data interfaces, and release management deployed directly to customers to scale critical mission capabilities.

You will deliver well-architected systems using modern software practices, championing scalability, reliability, testability, portability, and maintainability while partnering with end-users to translate complex needs

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience with Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
• Experience building software with large data processing and analysis.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and established code bases.
• Desire to work on mission-critical software with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Own software solutions spanning core mesh platforms, data interfaces, and release management deployed to customers.
• Deliver well-architected systems with scalable, reliable, testable design; participate in code and design reviews.
• Translate complex user needs into features while balancing UX with engineering constraints.
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test cross-functional functionality.
• Ensure system health by monitoring metrics, triaging production issues, and root-cause analysis.
