Job summary

Revel is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join our Software Track in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and London. You will deploy Revel at customer sites, integrate our platform with hardware, and write code with customer teams, driving deep technical partnerships and shaping our product roadmap.

This highly technical, high-ownership role sits at the intersection of software engineering and business strategy, requiring hands-on work with cutting-edge hardware and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-college engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Python; Rust is a strong plus.
• High-level system design understanding of hardware−software interaction.
• Willingness to travel and work hands-on with hardware teams.

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality code and dashboards alongside customer engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end deployment of Revel at customer sites.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer portfolios and expand Revel partnerships.
• Translate field learnings into product feedback with the Head of Product.
• Collaborate with internal software teams to implement improvements from engagements.
• Travel 30–50% to customer sites, primarily in California and broader markets.
