Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in utilities, power distribution, surveying, GIS, or field data collection preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation of field conditions.
• Comfort using mobile devices, maps, and electronic forms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and driving-record checks.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys of overhead power‑distribution facilities.
• Locate, inspect, photograph, measure, and document components and infrastructure.
• Record pole conditions, equipment information, attachment details, clearances, and field conditions.
• Use maps, mobile devices, GIS apps, and data collection tools to locate facilities and document information.
• Upload photographs, measurements, field notes, and project data accurately.
• Plan daily routes and manage assigned work within the field area.
• Communicate with project management, engineering, and design teams regarding field conditions or access concerns.
• Adhere to safety requirements and perform other related duties as assigned.
