Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to collect detailed data on electric utility and telecom facilities in outdoor environments. You'll measure attachment heights, span distances and angles to support fiber-optic and outside plant projects.
Training will be provided and accuracy is essential. The position requires routine overnight travel typically 1–2 weeks at a time, with weekends at home.

An Osmose Field Technician is responsible for collecting detailed technical information about electric utility and telecommunication facilities and equipment. It is an outdoor position that requires hiking between spans of utility poles to capture data that supports outside plant engineering and various fiber-optic construction projects. Osmose will train the ideal candidate to perform all required duties. This position requires routine overnight travel typically 1-2 weeks at a time away from home. Home most weekends with occasional out of state assignments which may involve longer stays of up to a month at a time if needed.
Field Data Technicians will start at $24.50/hour plus opportunity for hourly bonus with weekly pay! Plus hotel expenses, contract specific pay increase, living allowance and $4-$5/hour untaxed reimbursement for vehicle usage.
