Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to gather retail data, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets across assigned markets. You will use a company app to record item prices, promotions, and photos, then transmit the data to the corporate office after each project.

The role requires 18+, high school diploma, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You should be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for shifts, and working in grocery store cold areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Smartphone with ability to download apps and access work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week and flexible for more hours.
• Ability to sit/stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Comfortable in cold store environments for project collection.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area and complete them.
• Travel to projects across the United States as needed, independently or in a group.
• Use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and photos of merchandising.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required.
• Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.
