RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Cedar Rapids, IA with flexible schedules and no prior experience required. You can work within the store's hours, study in between tasks, and enjoy casual dress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with necessary detail.
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles for some projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects within the store as directed.
• Move within assigned window when the store is open to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project criteria are met.
