Job summary

Garratt-Callahan Co. seeks a Data Center Water Treatment Field Engineer based in Wichita Falls, TX, to support data centers in central Texas. You will address water treatment concerns, assist startup and operation of liquid cooling systems, and perform data center water analyses while advancing customer KPIs.

The role offers $100,000–$120,000 base per year with a year-end bonus, comprehensive benefits, and extensive training. Travel is 50–75% within Texas.

Qualifications

• 4 year technical degree in sciences (Chemistry, Chemical Eng, Biology, Mechanical Eng, Paper Science, or Water Resources).
• Travel 50-75% of the time; primarily Texas.
• Experience with advanced water treatment technologies and field safety.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with PPE and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Solve Data Center water problems focused on water use, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship.
• Support field startup, commissioning, deployment, and operations for Data Center liquid cooling systems.
• Perform detailed water testing & analyses at a data center.
• Promote Garratt-Callahan solutions including proprietary chemical blends, equipment, & monitoring technology.
• Commission newly installed assets and control equipment.
• Keep our existing customers happy and safe.
• Maintain awareness of company capabilities across the USA.
