Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure in hyperscale and enterprise environments. You will perform rack-and-stack tasks, cabling, provisioning, testing, and ongoing operational support to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in data center operations or IT infrastructure, strong cable and rack experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma or technical certification required.
1+ years in data center operations, cabling, telecom, or IT infra.
Knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers and network gear.
Copper and fiber cabling basics and installation standards.
Ability to read drawings and MOPs.
Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing and installations with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety.

Responsibilities

Perform rack-and-stack, structured cabling installations, equipment provisioning and testing.
Provide operational support and ensure work meets Ericsson and customer standards.
Collaborate with technicians, project teams, vendors and customers while managing assigned tasks.
