Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians in Wilmer, TX to move and install large enterprise equipment, run fiber and copper cabling, and ensure safety during installations. You will travel regionally, perform patching, and support 24/7 data center operations.

The role requires 1+ years in hardware repair or data center operations, HS diploma, and travel flexibility with a valid license. Relocation stipend available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles.
• High School diploma or equivalent; CCENT/Network+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Moving and implementing large enterprise equipment
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching cabling between equipment
• Ensuring proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation
• Following well established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment
• Traveling within and outside of the regional work area is required; must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
