AMTRACO is seeking a proactive Customer Support Specialist to back our customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. You will maintain inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, and provide ongoing support while representing our company on the road.

This role offers base pay plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, with performance-based rewards after 90 days and beyond. Travel within the region is required to fulfill duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled physical inventories for existing customers and obtain purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Respond to questions about products, pricing, availability, and product use within your authority and knowledge.
• Process incoming orders for your territory, up-selling when possible, and notifying the territory representative of key activities.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to understand customer needs and prepare samples as needed.
• Investigate and help resolve product claims and complaints, recommending corrective actions as appropriate.
• Prepare and submit regular activity, sales volume, and expense reports.

EPSI is looking for a motivated person to support our customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. In this role, you’ll maintain customer inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, and provide ongoing support while representing our company on the road.
