Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based industries).
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and perform cleaning/daily maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
• Willingness to work at multiple locations and spend time both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help keep customers current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
