Responsibilities include assisting with membership applications, handling daily deposits, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Obtain General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and online.
• Assist with membership applications and renewals.
• Maintain daily deposits per guidelines.
• Review delinquent membership reports and support renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with CAAP Supervisor and Agency Manager on county office needs.
• Comply with Driving and Safety policy requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
