Job summary

Enviro-Clean Services, Inc in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Lead Support Cleaner to travel between customer sites, support cleaning teams, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role includes training new staff, assisting with quality inspections, and collaborating with management to maintain high cleaning standards across accounts. Summer shifts are daytime, with mileage and drive time paid.

Qualifications

• Dependable and motivated

• Able to adapt to different worksites and changing priorities
• Flexibility to adjust shift start times; day shift in summer
• Cleaning experience is a plus
• Requires valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time)

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams
• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Operate cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Follow site procedures to keep facilities clean and safe
• Train and support new employees
• Assist with quality inspections and maintaining cleaning standards
• Collaborate with Manager/Assistant Manager to keep accounts efficient
• Assist with supply management, customer requests, and special projects as needed
