The role combines cleaning duties with mentorship, supervision support, and hands-on equipment handling. Weekly pay, uniforms provided, and mileage reimbursement are part of the package.

Qualifikationen

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
• Use cleaning equipment (training provided).
• Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Train and support new employees.
• Assist with quality inspections and maintaining cleaning standards.
• Work with Manager/Assistant Manager to ensure accounts run efficiently.
• Assist with supply management, customer requests, special projects, and troubleshooting operational needs.

Location: serving Muskegon Public Schools, Muskegon, MI

Paid travel between work sites and mileage

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping others succeed. As a Lead Support Cleaner, you'll travel between assigned customer sites to support cleaning teams and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sub Cleaner:

• Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams
• Performing routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Using cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided)
• Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use

As a Trainer/Assistant:

• Train and support new employees
• Assisting with quality inspections and helping maintain cleaning standards
• Working alongside the Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure accounts are operating efficiently
• May assist with supply management, customer requests, special projects, and troubleshooting operational needs as they arise
