Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent) with oncology/neuroscience experience.
• Minimum 2 years in MSL/CTL or similar field-based role.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Build peer-to-peer relationships with PIs, sub-investigators and site staff.
• Provide protocol knowledge and address site enrollment barriers.
• Lead site engagement strategies to improve trial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align territory plans.
• Educate healthcare professionals about clinical studies and deliver site materials.
