Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a field-based Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL) to accelerate clinical trial execution.

You will build peer-to-peer relationships with investigators and site staff, provide deep protocol knowledge, and address enrollment barriers across Neuroscience, Oncology, and Neuro-oncology indications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement territory plans, engage sites, and present at healthcare institutions and conferences.

Qualifications

• Strategic mindset to analyze scientific information and build site engagement plans.
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust with KOLs/PI staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders, PIs, sub-investigators, and healthcare providers in Neuroscience and Oncology.
• Engage site personnel with protocol knowledge and discuss study objectives with PI staff.
• Lead site engagement strategies to improve trial performance and site relationships, addressing enrollment barriers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop territory plans and align with CRO partners.
• Communicate clinical insights from sites to study teams and propose solutions.
• Provide on-site education and presentations to HCPs at local institutions and conferences.
• Document adverse events and product complaints per policy and ensure safe use of Jazz products.
