ClearPath Construction is seeking a Field Crew Technician to keep jobsites running smoothly in Middle Tennessee. This full-time role offers $20–$30 per hour, based on demonstrated skill, with opportunities to grow as you master multiple trades on real project sites.

You’ll punch out, support carpenters, help with demolition, and keep sites clean and inspection-ready in Lebanon, Franklin, and surrounding areas. We value work ethic, reliability, and teamwork as much as hands-on skill.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability required.
• Willingness to work in Lebanon, Franklin and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform punch-out and small repairs across trades (carpentry, drywall, paint, caulk, hardware).
• Assist carpenters and other trades with measuring, cutting, hauling, and staging.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
