Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is looking for experienced Crew Leaders in Charlotte, NC to supervise Enhancement activities in landscaping. You will ensure safety protocols, training, and tools are provided while leading a team.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing crews in landscaping and a background in masonry or similar tasks. The position offers competitive hourly pay, benefits including health insurance, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew providing landscaping installation services.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Safe driving record, pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities, ensuring safety and training.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports.
• Coordinate with branch management and customers.
• Safely drive crews to job sites following safety policies.
• Desirable experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls.
