Valor Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Crew Leader (Construction/Landscaping) to supervise daily crew activities, manage materials, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients on site in the Augusta area. The role involves operating heavy equipment (trencher, skid steer, backhoe, bobcat, sweeper) and completing paperwork accurately.

You will lead by example, uphold company culture, work outdoors in all weather, and be available on weekends and for extended hours as needed.

Competenze

• Must have prior construction or landscaping leadership experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Mansioni

• Leads all crew work for the day, including travel to site, materials, quality of work, inspection sign-offs, field communication, and tool care.
