Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a crawl space professional to support our customers around Charlotte, NC. You will create the first-impression experience, install vapor barriers, and perform insulation work to improve energy efficiency in homes.

You will also clean crawl spaces, install or repair access doors, evaluate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers, office staff, and service managers. This is a field role requiring independence and reliability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated to work independently.
• Able to maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create our customer’s first-impression experience.
• Installing vapor barriers to prevent moisture buildup.
• Installing and repairing insulation to improve energy efficiency.
• Cleaning crawl spaces and removing debris.
• Installing or repairing access doors.
• Evaluating and assessing the need for additional work.
• Exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
• Follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each account
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
