Job summary

Morgan Engineering is seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to join our team. The role involves assembling, installing, wiring, and commissioning industrial overhead cranes at customer sites across the U.S.

You will perform preventative maintenance and inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and operate in field environments with safety as a priority. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of crane service or related experience, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of crane service, maintenance, or related field experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, wire, and commission Morgan overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems including AC/DC components.
• Work in field-based environments at industrial sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Safely operate at heights and with heavy equipment in varying weather conditions.
