Job summary

Morgan Engineering seeks a full-time Crane Service Manager to assemble, install, and service overhead cranes for customers across the United States, including travel to site locations. You will lead preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years in crane service, with blueprint reading and metrological skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–5 years crane service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments (e.g., micrometers).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, wire and commission cranes at customer sites nationwide.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including AC and DC components.
• Travel to customer sites; work in field environments; operate safely at heights.
