Job summary

Joyce Steel Erection, Ltd. is seeking personnel to support crane operations in a 24/7 work environment. The role requires basic mechanical skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to various job sites.

You will assist the crane team with setup, rigging, signaling, and load handling under supervision. Candidates must be able to pass required screenings and adhere to safety protocols. This is an entry to mid-level position with opportunities to grow within Marmon Holdings’

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel and work all days and times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aligning, leveling and setting up the crane.
• Aid in assembly/disassembly under supervision of crane operator.
• Attach load lifting devices to crane and to load in a safe manner.
• Control movements of loads by way of a tagline and signaling of the crane.
• Assist in cleanliness and housekeeping of the job site and mobile crane.
• Pull trailers with pickup for additional rigging and follow crane to job site.
