You will work on a team with law enforcement, schools, medical professionals, and courts, balancing safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Field-based mobile investigators conduct interviews, gather information, and assess safety risk.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reports of abuse/neglect and conducts forensic investigations to determine risk to children.
• Interviews families, caregivers, professionals, and others involved in cases.
• Documents all relevant information and completes required forms in a timely manner.
• Develops and maintains relationships with law enforcement, courts, medical staff, and community partners.
• Flexible, rotating on-call responsibilities and extended work hours as needed.
