This role involves troubleshooting, repair, and high-quality technical support for our customers, with opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth within a leading technology services company.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset.
• Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, flatbeds, etc.).
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base.
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing options to solve unusual problems.
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations.
