Job summary

Polar Field Services, Inc. seeks a resourceful and resilient Seasonal Field Coordinator for Summit Station, Greenland, to support essential infrastructure and equipment operations during the Arctic winter.

The role includes repair and maintenance of field equipment, inventory and food stock management, health and safety compliance, and flexible scheduling based on weather and operations. You will share living space with a small team and fly in via Iceland, with a training week in Denver

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience working in a remote environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent repair skills.
• Valid passport.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.

Work Schedule:

This is a seasonal position requiring deployment to Summit Station, Greenland. Your schedule will be flexible based on weather and work requirements, with occasional additional hours as needed.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay of $1,227 - $1,500 per week.

• Health and welfare benefit of $4.22/hour for the first 40 hours worked each week.
